Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field. Candidates aged 20–30 are preferred; exceptionally talented individuals may be considered outside this range.
2.Prior experience in selling food additives, food ingredients, or health supplement raw materials is required.
3.Possess excellent communication, adaptability, and stress-management skills; capable of proactively identifying issues, thinking critically, and finding effective solutions.
4.Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, practical sales techniques, and hands-on sales experience. Preference will be given to candidates with established industry connections or resources within the food sector.
5.Willingness to travel on short notice as needed for business purposes.
6.Performance-based commission structure to be discussed.

Job Description:
1. Responsible for the research and development of fermentation processes, including the management of enzyme and DHA algae oil fermentation processes;
2. Participate in the selection, installation, and commissioning of fermentation equipment;
3. Optimize fermentation conditions (such as temperature, pH, oxygen supply, etc.) to enhance both yield and product quality.
Job requirements:
1. Outstanding talents with a master’s degree or higher, specializing in fields such as synthetic biology, organic chemistry, fermentation engineering, and biochemical engineering;
2. Familiar with mainstream research methods and skills, and equipped with strong project organization and management capabilities;
3. Possess strong learning and innovative abilities, adept at identifying and resolving issues, and demonstrate a spirit of teamwork.
