Shaoxing Yisite Biotechnology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yeast Biotech, was established in Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province in December 2024.
The company specializes in leveraging synthetic biology to develop and produce health and wellness products. Its core business spans the R&D of bio-based materials and biochemical products, development of food enzyme preparations, along with sales of food additives, feed ingredients, specialty chemicals (non-hazardous), and import-export of goods and technologies.
The company is now advancing the industrialization of kiloton-scale, high-concentration Omega-3 production. Utilizing our proprietary synthetic biology platform, the project will establish dedicated production lines for high-value-added products including high-purity fish oil, algal oil, Omega-7 fish oil, and fatty acids.
