Fatty Acids

This product is derived from the hydrolysis of oils and fats, with a fatty acid content exceeding 90%.

Fatty acids are long-chain carboxylic acids composed of carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen, categorized into saturated and unsaturated types, and are widely found in animal and plant fats and oils. With their diverse structures, they serve as crucial basic raw materials for the chemical industry. Through reactions such as esterification, hydrogenation, and oxidation, fatty acids can be transformed into a variety of fine chemical products, including surfactants (like soap), biodiesel, fatty alcohols, lubricants, plasticizers, leather fatliquors, cosmetic emulsifiers, and coating resins. These applications span across numerous industries, such as daily chemicals, plastics, textiles, and oilfield operations.
